摘要
随着计算机技术的发展,越来越多的医疗中心开始使用计算机辅助手术模拟来进行术前规划。由于头颅三维重建测量在术前设计中起着至关重要的作用,所以三维测量分析软件中参考平面的选择受到了广泛的关注。目前有许多专业软件程序已经开发出来,用于术前手术规划设计。临床上常用的三维头影测量平面系统有三维参考平面系统以及基于自然头位的参考平面系统。该文总结归纳了三维参考平面中水平参考平面、正中矢状面、冠状面以及自然头位参考平面的构建及实用性,从而为临床应用提供便利。
With the development of computed technology,more medical centers begin to use computer-aided surgical simulation for preoperative planning.Since three-dimensional skull reconstruction plays an important role in preoperative design,the selection of reference plane in three-dimensional measurement and analysis software has been paid more and more attention.At present,multiple professional software programs have been developed for preoperative surgery planning and design.The commonly used three-dimensional cephalometric plane system is three-dimensional reference plane system and the reference plane system based on natural head position.This article summarizes the construction and practicability of horizontal reference plane,midsagittal plane,coronal plane and natural cephalic reference plane in three-dimensional reference plane,so as to provide convenience for clinical application.
