摘要
以槲皮素为模板分子、硅胶为表面载体、丙烯酰胺为功能单体、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,采用沉淀聚合法制备槲皮素表面分子印迹聚合物。扫描电镜观察聚合物形貌,表明印迹空穴的存在。等温吸附及洗脱实验证明所得表面印迹材料具备较好的特异性吸附性能,当吸附液浓度为3 mg/mL时,印迹材料对槲皮素的吸附量可以达到31.9 mg/g,本研究可为天然药物中黄酮类槲皮素成分的提取分离提供新思路与新方法。
Quercetin surface molecularly imprinted polymers were synthesized by precipitation polymerization which containing quercetin as templates,silicone as surface carrier,acrylamide as functional monomers and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinkers.SEM was used to observe the morphology of polymers,proving the existence of cavity.Adsorption and elution experiments demonstrated that these surface imprinted polymers possessed well specific adsorption properties,adsorbing capacity reached 31.9 mg/g when concentration of quercetin was 3 mg/mL.This study can provide some new thoughts and methods to extract and separate luteolin from natural medicines.
