摘要
改革开放以来,中国特色社会主义发展战略成功开创,并在改革开放的实践进程中不断丰富发展。从中国特色社会主义道路开创初期“三步走”战略的形成,到中国特色社会主义进入新时代习近平总书记“两个阶段”的战略安排,中国特色社会主义发展战略的每一次丰富发展,都是紧紧围绕五个维度来具体展开:战略演进的价值指向:人民利益;战略演进的领导力量:中国共产党;战略演进的立足基础:中国国情;战略演进的核心动力:改革开放;战略演进的宏伟目标:民族复兴。在中国特色社会主义事业进入新时代的伟大历史时期,必须坚决贯彻习近平总书记“两个阶段”战略安排,确保“两个百年”奋斗目标的顺利实施,从而实现中华民族伟大复兴的社会主义现代化强国的雄伟目标。
Since the reform and opening up,the development strategy of socialism with Chinese characteristics has been successfully initiated and continuously enriched in the practical process of reform and opening up.From the beginning of the“three-step”strategy in the early stage of China's socialist road to General Secretary Xi Jinping's strategic arrangement of the“two stages”,the socialist development strategy has always been carried out in five dimensions:the interests of the people as the value orientation;the CPC as the guiding force;China's national condition as the foundation;reform and opening up as the core driving force;and national rejuvenation as the grand goal of the strategic evolution.With the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering the new era,we must resolutely follow General Secretary Xi's“two stages”strategic arrangement to ensure the smooth implementation of the“two hundred years”goal and realize the magnificent goal of the great rejuvenation of China's socialist modernization power.
