摘要
推动高职院校以产教融合、校企合作为基础的人才培养模式改革势在必行。德国的双元制、英国的工学交替等人才培养模式都依赖于行业企业参与。由于我国国情不同于西方国家,不能简单照搬西方发达国家的职业教育人才培养模式,必须探索适合我国国情的产教融合人才培养模式。在分析发达国家职业教育人才培养模式的基础上,构建基于产教融合的“6D”人才培养模式,并分析其在高职会展策划与管理专业的应用方法。
It is imperative to promote the reform of talent training mode based on the integration of industry and education and the cooperation between schools and enterprises in higher vocational colleges.The talent training models such as the Germany’s dual system,Britain’s alternation of engineering and so on are dependent on the participation of industry enterprises.Because our country’s national conditions are different from those of western countries,we cannot simply copy the talent training mode of vocational education in western developed countries,so we must explore the talent training mode of integration of production and education suitable for our country’s conditions.This paper analyzes the talent training modes of vocational education in developed countries,constructs the“6 D”talent training mode based on the integration of industry and education and analyzes its application methods in the major of exhibition planning and management in higher vocational education.
