颅脑外伤所致视力障碍两种不同方式视神经减压术的疗效 被引量:2

The efficacy between the two different methods of optic nerve decompression for the visual impairment caused by craniocerebral trauma

摘要 目的:比较经额和经鼻视神经管减压术治疗颅脑外伤所致视力障碍的效果。方法:回顾性分析郑州大学第一附属医院神经外科2014年1月至2019年1月住院手术的68例(68眼)颅脑外伤所致视力障碍的临床资料。患者分为两组:经额手术组35例,经鼻手术组33例。比较两组术后视力恢复情况。结果:经额手术组中有13例视力获得明显提高,14例稍有改善,8例无效;总有效率为77.1%。经鼻手术组中有13例视力明显提高,13例稍有改善,7例无效;总有效率为78.8%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.027,P=0.870)。结论:经额和经鼻视神经管减压术治疗颅脑外伤所致视神经损伤效果肯定,二者疗效相似。 Objective To compare the efficacy between transfrontal and transnasal optic nerve canal decompression in the treatment of visual impairment caused by craniocerebral trauma.Methods The clinical data of 68 eyes of 68 patients with visual impairment caused by craniocerebral trauma treated by neurosurgery from Jan.2014 to Jan.2019 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into two groups,included 35 cases in the transfrontal operation group and 33 cases in the transnasal operation group.The recovery of visual acuity were compared between the two groups.Results Visual acuity was improved in 13 cases,slightly improved in 14 cases and ineffective in 8 cases in the transfrontal operation group.The total effective rate of transfrontal operation group was 77.1%.The visual acuity was slightly improved in 13 cases,slightly improved in 13 cases and ineffective in 7 cases in the transnasal operation group.The total effective rate of the transnasal operation group was 78.8%.There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(χ^2=0.027,P=0.870).Conclusion The two methods of transfrontal and transnasal optic nerve canal decompression are both effective for optic nerve injury caused by caniocerebral trauma,and have similar efficacy.
