摘要
目的分析开颅血肿清除术联合视神经减压术治疗脑外伤合并视神经损伤的临床效果。方法以2015年2月-2018年12月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的78例脑外伤合并视神经损伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组于对照组,各39例。对照组行常规基础治疗,观察组行开颅血肿清除术联合视神经减压术进行治疗;比较两组患者的治疗效果及预后情况。结果总有效率经比较,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。比较治疗时程、临床症状消失时间、治疗后视力恢复既定标准所需时间发现,观察组均显著较对照组缩短(P<0.01)。结论开颅血肿清除术联合视神经减压术在脑外伤合并视神经损伤的治疗中取得了较好的临床效果,不仅可改善患者临床症状,保护患者视力,还能促进患者康复预后。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of craniotomy hematoma removal combined with optic nerve decompression in the treatment of traumatic brain injury combined with optic nerve injury.Methods A total of 78 patients with traumatic brain injury combined with optic nerve injury admitted to the first affiliated hospital of henan university of science and technology from February 2015 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 39 cases.The control group received routine basic treatment,and the observation group received craniotomy hematoma removal combined with optic nerve decompression.The therapeutic effect and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the time course of treatment,the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms and the time required for vision recovery after treatment were all significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Craniotomy hematoma removal combined with optic nerve decompression has achieved a good clinical effect in the treatment of brain trauma combined with optic nerve injury,not only improves the patient's clinical symptoms,protects the patient's vision,but also promotes the patient's recovery and prognosis.
