摘要
基于事业单位改革的深入发展,其人力资源管理工作受到高度关注。作为事业单位发展之根本,事业单位财务管理工作与人力资源管理工作之间存在紧密联系。通过对人力资源管理工作开展效果的提升,事业单位可以实现财务效益的有效创造。通过对事业单位自身财务工作的优化,同样可以实现人力资源管理工作的强化。基于此,论文针对事业单位人力资源管理与财务的相互促进关系进行分析研究。
Based on the deepening and development of the reform of public institutions,their human resources management work is highly concerned.As the foundation of the development of public institutions,financial management work of public institutions is closely related to human resources management work.Through the improvement of the development effect of human resources management work,public institutions can effectively create financial benefits.Through the optimization of the financial work of public institutions themselves,the human resources management work can also be strengthened.Based on this,this paper analyzes and studies the mutual promotion relationship between human resources management and finance in public institutions.
