教育公共服务、户籍歧视与流动人口居留意愿 被引量:33

摘要 如何让规模庞大的流动人口融入城市并且安居乐业是一个非常重要且紧迫的议题。本文测算地方教育资源综合指数并将之与流动人口微观数据匹配,考察了城市教育公共服务供给对流动人口长期居留意愿的影响。研究发现大城市优越的教育资源能够吸引流动人口定居,但针对流动人口施加的额外限制性条件又会削弱流动人口的居留意愿。进一步检验发现,教育公共服务的户籍歧视增加了流动人口子女留守故土的可能,而由此导致的父辈与子辈的分离将在很大程度上削弱流动人口在大城市的长期居留意愿。 How to integrate the large-scale floating population into the city and make them live and work in peace is a very important and urgent problem.In this paper,the comprehensive index of educational resources is matched with the micro data of floating population to analyze the influence of urban education public service supply on the long-term residence intention of floating population.It is found that the superior educational resources can attract the floating population to settle down,but the additional restrictions imposed on the floating population in the field of public education services will weaken the floating population’s willingness to settle down.Further tests show that the discrimination of educational public services increases the possibility of migrant children staying in their hometown,and the resulting separation of parents and children will weaken the long-term residence intention of migrant population in large cities to a large extent.
