摘要
新时期我国的经济发展速度以及经济发展质量在不断提升,在这种情况下,经济的发展带动了我国对科技发展的重视,提高了对知识创新能力的关注度。在当前的企业发展模式中,人力资源的管理部门加大了对知识性、技术性人才的重视程度,这样不仅能够促进企业的发展,还能够提升企业发展的核心竞争能力,促使企业走上健康的发展模式。因此,论文将针对企业人力资源的管理模式,从知识创新的角度出发,对现阶段企业人力资源管理中存在的问题以及日后的发展方向进行一定程度的分析。
In the new era,the development speed and quality of China's economy have been continuously promoted.In this case,the economic development has led our country to attach importance to the development of science and technology,and increased the attention to the ability of knowledge innovation.In the current enterprise development mode,the human resources management department has increased the importance of knowledge and technical talents,which can not only promote the development of enterprises,but also enhance the core competitiveness of enterprise development,and promote enterprises to a healthy development mode.Therefore,focusing on the management mode of enterprise human resources,and from the perspective of knowledge innovation,the paper analyzes the existing problems and future development direction of enterprise human resources management to a certain extent.
