摘要
针对滚动轴承早期故障提出了三稳态随机共振故障诊断新方法。介绍了三稳态随机共振的基本理论,对比三稳态与双稳态系统说明其产生随机共振的可能性;采用小幅值正弦信号模拟故障输入信号,研究了不同频率下输出与输入信号频谱峰值比,得到了三稳态随机共振的诊断可行性。使用滚动轴承早期故障实测信号作为实验数据,实验结果表明三稳态随机共振对轴承早期故障具备良好的直接诊断能力,为滚动轴承早期故障诊断方法提供了一种新思路。
To early find the malfunction of the rolling bearing,a new method in which Tri-stable stochastic resonance(SR)is used to make a diagnosis is proposed.Tri-stable SR is introduced;then the differences between Tri-stable SR with normal SR is studied;the sine signal with small amplitude is chosen as input signal,by studying the spectrum amplitude rate of output/input signal,the potential diagnosis ability of Tri-stable SR is discovered.The signal and data in the rolling bearing early malfunction finding are used to prove the Tri-stable SR ability of diagnosis.This method can be used to provide a new idea for early finding the rolling bearing malfunction.
