摘要
针对电火花微孔加工放电过程出现畸变,导致检测电路难于获取放电间隙状态的现象,提出了一种采用放电电流和放电电压双特征信息多重检测的方法,基于计算机信息融合技术,完成Matlab模糊神经网络训练模型的构建,提取放电状态特征,得到进行电火花加工电极的伺服控制策略,实验测试结果表明,采用该控制策略方法比某传统单一电路检测控制策略加工效果明显好转,获得相同微小孔深加工时间明显缩短,电极的损耗明显降低。
In view of the phenomenon that the discharge process of EDM is distorted,which makes it difficult to obtain the state of discharge gap in the detection circuit,a method of multiple detection of discharge current and discharge voltage dual characteristic information is proposed.Based on the computer information fusion technology,the matlab fuzzy neural network training model is constructed,the discharge state characteristics are extracted,and the EDM electricity is obtained The experimental results show that the processing effect of this control strategy is better than that of a traditional single circuit detection control strategy,and the same micro hole deep processing time is significantly shortened,and the electrode loss is significantly reduced.
