摘要
目的:探讨支气管镜灌注药物联合化疗治疗支气管结核的疗效。方法:将157例支气管结核患者随机分为两组,研究组84例接受支气管镜灌注药物联合化疗治疗,对照组73例接受单独化疗治疗。比较两组治疗前后症状体征评分及临床疗效。结果:研究组治疗后咳嗽(2.52±0.64)分,咳痰(2.10±0.69)分,咯血(1.73±0.59)分,乏力(1.52±0.60)分,胸闷(1.27±0.58)分,盗汗(1.29±0.70)分,发热(0.73±0.15)分,明显低于对照组(3.78±0.59)分,(3.15±0.25)分,(2.40±0.38)分,(2.94±0.77)分,(2.55±0.60)分,(2.09±0.58)分,(1.63±0.32)分,P<0.05。研究组炎症浸润型有效率为100.0%,溃疡坏死型有效率为94.4%,肉芽增殖型有效率为76.9%,总有效率为94.0%。对照组炎症浸润型有效率为88.5%,溃疡坏死型有效率为78.8%,肉芽增殖型有效率为62.5%,总有效率为78.1%。结论:对于支气管结核,支气管镜灌注药物联合化疗治疗的疗效更突出,可作为优选。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of bronchoscopy infusion drugs combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of bronchial tuberculosis.Methods:157 patients with bronchial tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups.84 patients in the study group received bronchoscopy infusion drugs combined with chemotherapy,and 73 patients in the control group received chemotherapy alone.The symptom and sign scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the study group scored cough(2.52±0.64)points,sputum(2.10±0.69)points,hemoptysis(1.73±0.59)points,fatigue(1.52±0.60)points,chest tightness(1.27±0.58)points,night sweats(1.29±0.70)points,fever(0.73±0.15)points,significantly lower than the control group(3.78±0.59)points,(3.15±0.25)points,(2.40±0.38)points,(2.94±0.77)points,(2.94±0.77)points,(2.55±0.60)points,(2.09±0.58)points,(1.63±0.32)points,P<0.05.In the study group,the effective rate of inflammation infiltration type was 100.0%,the effective rate of ulcer necrosis type was 94.4%,the effective rate of granulation proliferation type was 76.9%,and the total effective rate was 94.0%.In the control group,the effective rate was 88.5%,the effective rate was 78.8%,the effective rate was 62.5%,and the total effective rate was 78.1%.Conclusion:For bronchial tuberculosis,the efficacy of bronchoscopy infusion drugs combined with chemotherapy is more prominent and can be used as an optimization.
