经支气管镜冷冻联合氩气刀治疗支气管结核的临床分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨经支气管镜二氧化碳冷冻联合氩气刀进行支气管结核治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2010年3月至2013年6月间收治的支气管结核患者155例,按患者住院顺序分为三组,对照1组、对照2组和研究组。三组患者均应用抗结核药物、雾化吸入、局部注药;对照1组:51例,给予氩气刀治疗;对照2组:51例,给予冷冻治疗;研究组:53例,给予支气管镜介入冷冻联合氩气刀治疗。三组总疗程6个月。并对三组临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果三组患者经6个月治疗后,研究组的治疗缓解率显著优于优于对照1组和对照2组(94.3%vs.72.6%vs.64.8%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患者在治疗过程中,均未出现较为严重的并发症。结论经支气管镜二氧化碳冷冻联合氩气刀进行支气管结核治疗具有安全性高、可操作性强,治疗效果好的优势,具有较高的临床推广价值。 Objective To explore the efficacy of application of carbon dioxide cryotherapy combined with argon knife through bronchosco-py in treatment of patients with bronchial tuberculosis. Methods 155 patients with bronchial tuberculosis treated in this hospital during March 2010 to June 2013 were allocated in this study,they were divided into three groups:control group 1,control group 2 and study group. Patients in these three groups were treated with anti - tuberculosis drugs,atomized inhalation and local injection of drugs. 51 cases in control group 1 were treated with argon knife;51 cases in control group 2 were given with cryotherapy;and 53 cases in study group were treated with cryotherapy com-bined with argon knife through interventional bronchoscopy. The total treatment course of 3 groups was 6 months. The clinical therapeutic effects of three groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment for 6 months,the remission rate of patients in study group was 94. 3% ,it was significantly better than that of control group 1 and control group 2(72. 6% and 64. 8% ),and their difference was statistically significant( P 〈0. 05). There was no serious complication occurred in patients of these 3 groups during treatment. Conclusion Trans - bronchial CO2 cryothera-py combined with argon knife in treatment of patients with bronchial tuberculosis have the advantages of high safety,strongly operable and good therapeutic effect,hence the combined treatment method has high clinical value.
