输尿管镜下钬激光碎石联合封堵器治疗输尿管上段结石的临床效果探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨输尿管镜下钬激光碎石联合封堵器在输尿管上段结石中的治疗效果。方法:选择2017年1月~2017年12月本院收治的52例输尿管上段结石患者,均行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石联合封堵器治疗,观察结石清除效果。结果:术中有4例在放置封堵器前,结石已上移至肾脏,改为输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术,48例成功放置封堵器,一次结石清除成功率为92.31%,术后未发现输尿管损伤情况,手术效果理想。结论:输尿管镜钬激光碎石联合封堵器治疗输尿管上段结石疗效确切,安全可靠。 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of holmium laser lithotripsy combined with occluder under ureteroscope on upper ureteral calculi.Methods:52 patients with upper ureteral calculi admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy combined with occluder under ureteroscope,and the effect of stone removal was observed.Result:Before the placement of the occluder,the stones were moved up to the kidney in 4 cases,replaced by flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy,and successfully placed the occluder in 48 cases.The success rate of one-time stone clearance was 92.31%.No ureteral injury was found after the operation,and the effect of the operation was satisfactory.Conclusion:Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy combined with occluder is effective,safe and reliable in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
