摘要
目的探讨与分析输尿管软/硬镜下处理输尿管上段结石的效果。方法从本院2016年8月—2018年1月期间内接收的输尿管上段结石患者中,随机抽取64例患者,将其进行奇偶排序,32例奇数患者作为观察组,32例偶数患者作为对照组。观察组于输尿管软/硬镜下行钬激光碎石术进行治疗,对照组采用经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术进行治疗。对比两组治疗效果等。结果观察组治疗总有效率、结石清除率高于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论输尿管软/硬镜下采用钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石的效果较为理想,并且安全性较高,可以推广使用。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of ureteral soft/hard endoscopy in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi. Methods From August 2016 to January 2018, a total of 64 patients with upper ureteral calculi were randomly selected, and 32 patients with odd numbers were selected as the observation group, and 32 even patients as control group. The observation group was treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteral soft/hard microscope, and the control group was treated with percutaneous holmium laser lithotripsy. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and stone clearance rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group（P﹤0.05）. Conclusion Holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope for ureteral upper ureteral calculi is effective and safe, and it can be widely used.
