摘要
高职院校学生资助工作是由高职院校、学生、银行等利益相关者共同参与的重大事业。J学院2016-2018年的资助工作成效明显,但在人员编制、经费管理、自设资助与资助宣传等方面仍存在一些不足,原因在于各利益主体过分追求既得利益而未充分履行应尽义务。因此,高职院校应该履行落实国家资助政策的义务,学生应该履行诚实守信的义务,银行应该明确利益主体地位并履行回收助学贷款的义务,三方共同确保学生资助工作高效开展。
The work of student funding in higher vocational colleges is a major undertaking which is jointly participated by stakeholders such as higher vocational colleges,students and banks. The funding work of J College in 2016-2018 has achieved remarkable results,but there are still some deficiencies in terms of staffing,fund management,self-designed funding and funding publicity,due to the fact that various stakeholders pursue vested interests excessively and fail to fully fulfill their obligations. Therefore,higher vocational colleges should fulfill the obligation of implementing the national funding policy,students should fulfill the obligation of honesty and trustworthiness,banks should clarify the status of interest subjects and fulfill the obligation of recovering student loans,and the three parties should jointly ensure the efficient development of student funding.
