摘要
工程机械采用电传动技术是有效的节能减排方式之一。笔者设计了一款电传动履带推土机的结构,根据推土机动力学理论研究了驱动电机的参数匹配方法,通过实例计算了电机主要参数。计算结果表明:最大转速为3556r/min,额定转速为711r/min,额定功率为250kW,最大功率为312.5kW,最大扭矩为4649 N·m。
Electric drive technology is one of the effective ways of energy saving and emission reduction for construction machinery.Firstly,the structure of the electric drive crawler bulldozer was established.Then,according to the dynamics theory of the bulldozer,the parameter matching method of the driving motor was studied.Finally,the main parameters of the motor were calculated by an example.The results show that the maximum speed is 3556r/min,the rated speed is711r/min,the rated power is 250 kW,the maximum power is312.5kW,and the maximum torque is 4649 N·m.
