摘要
在保证装载机施工过程中作业质量的前提下合理匹配整机功率,根据装载机的作业特点,分别使用模糊逻辑控制策略、电机最小助力控制策略和瞬时等效油耗最低控制策略对并联式油电混合动力系统进行仿真分析,并与传统机型系统进行对比分析。仿真结果表明:并联式油电混合动力系统节能率最大可达10.3%。与传统系统相比,本系统节油率更高,且显著提高了装载机的牵引力。
Matching machine power reasonably under the good operating conditions of loader, the paper studies the simulations of parallel hybrid electric power system and the traditional system respectively according to the characteristics of loader. The paper uses fuzzy logic control strategy, minimum motor power control strategy and instantaneous equivalent fuel consumption minimum control strategy. For the simulation analysis of a parallel hybrid electric system, the results show that it saves energy up to 10.3 %. Compared with the traditional system, it has higher fuel saving level and significantly improves the traction of the loader.
