摘要
为适应社会发展对人才的需求,提高学生的大学及职业准备程度,美国对高中与大学及职业之间的衔接模式进行了众多探索。以美国得克萨斯州为例,该州的大学和职业准备学校模式(CCRSM)通过对早期学院高中(ECHS)、得克萨斯科学技术、工程与数学学院(T-STEM)、一贯制技术高中(P-TECH)、工业集群创新学院(ICIA)四个独立模式的整合,有效地提高了学生的大学和职业准备程度,其课程设置、职业路径设计、清晰的评价体系为我国建设大学和职业准备体系提供了有益借鉴。
In order to meet the demand of social development for talents and improve students’ college and career readiness, the United States has made a lot of explorations on the connection between high school and college and career. Taking Texas as an example, the CCRSM in Texas effectively improves students’ college and career preparation through the integration of ECHS, T-STEM, P-TECH and ICIA, and its curriculum, career path design and clear evaluation system provide a useful reference for China’s college and career readiness.
