摘要
人与自然的矛盾随着我国经济的迅速发展而变得日益紧张,人口、资源、环境以及能源等问题也愈发突出,在这种环境背景下,我国经济转型与升级就显得尤为重要。只有以生态文明理念为指导来完善环境法体系,才能够确保生态文明建设的顺利实施。
With the rapid development of China’s economy,the contradiction between human and nature has become increasingly tense,and the problems of population,resources,environment and energy have become more and more prominent.In this context,China’s economic transformation and upgrading is particularly important.Only by improving the environmental law system under the guidance of the concept of ecological civilization can we ensure the smooth implementation of the construction of ecological civilization.
