摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌术后化疗患者应对方式、生活质量现状并分析其相关性。方法选择2017年6月~2019年6月我院肿瘤内科收治的乳腺癌术后化疗患者108例,应用医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)及生活质量测定量表(FACT-B)调查患者化疗期间应对方式及生活质量情况并分析其相关性。结果乳腺癌术后化疗患者FACT-B量表总评分69.21±15.77分,MCMQ量表总评分42.35±6.89分,Person相关分析显示(MC⁃MQ)量表面对策略与(FACT-B)量表总分、生理现状、社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况及附加的关注呈正相关(P<0.05),回避策略与患者情感状况、生理状况及生活质量总分呈负相关(P<0.05),屈服策略与患者生理状况、社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况及生活质量总评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌术后化疗患者应对方式与生活质量存在一定相关性,选择不同应对方式会影响其生活质量,积极应对方式可促进治疗顺利进行,有助于提高患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the relationship between coping style and quality of life in patients with postop⁃erative chemotherapy of breast cancer.Methods From June 2017 to June 2019,108 patients with breast cancer received chemotherapy in the Oncology Department of our hospital.MCMG and FACT-B were used to inves⁃tigate the coping style and quality of life of patients during chemotherapy.The correlation between them was an⁃alyzed.Results The total score of FACT-B and MCMQ were 69.21~15.77 and 42.35~6.89 respectively.The correlation analysis of Person showed that there was a positive correlation between the dimensions of MCMQ and the total score of Fact-b,physiological status,social/family status,emotional status,functional status and addi⁃tional attention(P<0.05).Avoidance Dimension was negatively correlated with emotional status,physiological status and total score of quality of life(P<0.05).Yield dimension was negatively correlated with physiological sta⁃tus,social/family status,emotional status,functional status and total score of quality of life(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between coping style and quality of life in patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy.Different coping styles will affect their quality of life.
