摘要
2020年是十三五规划的关键年,甘肃省的空气质量预报工作已经在十四个地州市全面展开。但一线预报员在实际预报工作中往往过于依赖模式预报结果,当遇到具体而复杂的问题时不知如何分析决策,此类现象已经对基层预报人员的预报思路造成一定困扰,同时对空气质量预报工作也会产生不利影响。文章就2019年12月10日至12月16日兰州市空气质量预报工作中实际遇到的几个问题进行研讨及分析,旨在为基层空气质量预报工作者提供参考,开阔视野,拓宽思路,以期更好的推进空气质量预报工作。
2020 is a key year for the 13th Five-Year Plan,and the air quality forecasting work of Gansu Province has been carried out in 14 prefectures and cities.However,front-line forecasters often rely too much on model forecasting results in actual forecasting work.When they encounter specific and complex problems,they do not know how to analyze and make decisions.Such phenomena have caused some troubles to the forecasting ideas of grassroots forecasters,and they have also caused air quality forecast Work can also have an adverse effect.The article discusses and analyzes several actual problems encountered in Lanzhou’s air quality forecasting work from December 10 to December 16,2019,and aims to provide reference for grassroots air quality forecasting workers,broaden their horizons,and broaden their thinking.With a view to better promote air quality forecasting.
