摘要 随着我国人口老龄化进展,心脏退行性病变导致的缓慢性心律失常与日俱增,越来越多的患者需要接受起搏治疗。传统心脏起搏器由于导线及囊袋而可能出现相关并发症。近年来,无导线起搏器技术研发进展迅速,诸多临床研究证实了其有效性和安全性,已应用于临床,有效地减少了传统起搏器相关并发症。但目前无导线起搏器尚存在仅能单心室起搏、长期植入后取出经验不足、价格昂贵等问题。相信随着无导线起搏技术的不断提高,将真正进入起搏“无线”时代。本文现就无导线起搏器研究进展作一综述。 With the development of population ageing in China,the bradycardia caused by cardiac degenerative diseases is increasing day by day.More and more patients need pacemaker therapy.Traditional cardiac pacemakers may be associated with complications due to lead and pacemaker pocket.In recent years,leadless pacemaker technology developed rapidly,and many clinical studies have proved its effectiveness and safety,which has been applied in clinic and effectively reduced the complications associated with traditional pacemakers.However,at present,there is still no single pacemaker available for single pacemaker implantation.After long-term implantation,the problems such as lack of experience and high cost will be eliminated.We believe that with the improvement of leadless pacing technology,pacemaker will truly enter the"leadless"era.This article will review the research progress of leadless pacemakers.
