摘要
目的:建立养胃舒颗粒的HPLC特征图谱分析方法,为其质量评价提供依据。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长:280 nm,柱温:30℃,测定10批养胃舒颗粒的特征图谱,建立其共有模式。结果:在特征图谱研究中,以橙皮苷为参照峰共确定13个特征峰,并指认了其中4个化学成分。结论:该法建立的特征图谱精密度、重复性、稳定性均较好,可用于养胃舒颗粒的质量评价和控制。
Objective:To establish the HPLC specific chromatogram and provide comprehensive evaluation of Yangweishu granules.Methods:The HPLC specific chromatogram was performed on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with gradient elution by the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution system at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was 280 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃.Ten batches of Yangweishu granules were determined and a common mode of fingerprint was established.Results:The HPLC specific chromatogram included 13 common peaks with hesperidin as the reference peak,and 4 of them were identified by the comparison with the reference substances.Conclusion:The established methods have high specificity and good repeatability,and can be used for the quality control of the product.
