摘要
目的分析利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症的临床效果及对脑电图的影响。方法79例首发精神分裂症患者,按随机数表法分为对照组(39例)和研究组(40例)。研究组患者采用利培酮治疗,对照组患者采用氯氮平治疗。比较两组患者临床效果、治疗前后生活质量评分及脑电图情况。结果研究组患者的总有效率为75.00%,与对照组的74.36%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的生活质量评分均高于本组治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者生活质量评分(80.26±16.94)分显著高于对照组的(65.68±15.83)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前、治疗4周、治疗8周的脑电图异常率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论首发精神分裂症患者使用利培酮治疗效果良好,效果与氯氮平相似,可有效改善患者脑电图指标,更能提高患者生活质量。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of risperidone in the treatment of first episode schizophrenia and its influence on electroencephalogram.Methods A total of 79 patients with first episode schizophrenia were divided into control group(39 cases)and research group(40 cases)by random numerical table.The research group was treated by risperidone,and the control group was treated by clozapine.The clinical effect,quality of life score and electroencephalogram status before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 75.00%,which had no statistically significant difference compared with that of the control group 74.36%(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment of the same group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score(80.26±16.94)points of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group(65.68±15.83)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in abnormal rate of electroencephalogram between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Risperidone shows good therapeutic effect for patients with first episode schizophrenia,and the effect is similar to that of clozapine.It can improve the electroencephalogram indexes and the quality of life of patients.
