摘要
高校的发展进步中教学与科研缺一不可,但是目前这两者关系是失衡的。大多数的高校都将科研成果和经费作为除了教学之外,评价个人知识水平和能力的重要依据,导致了教学和科研方面比较激烈的矛盾,致使教学工作受到了比较大的影响。为了改善目前的这种状态,将科研中基础的实验手段和思路运用于生物化学与分子生物学的综合性实验。结果表明,这种尝试不但提高了学生的实验能力,也有助于提高教师的教学能力,实现教学和科研间相互促进。
Teaching and scientific research are indispensable in the development and progress of colleges and universities,but the relationship is currently unbalanced.The important evidence of evaluating individual knowledge level and ability in most universities is focused on the scientific research achievements and funds except teaching,which leads to the fierce contradiction between teaching and scientific research and greatly influences the teaching work.To improve the current situation,the basic experimental methods and ideas in scientific research are applied to the comprehensive experiments of biochemistry and molecular biology.The results show that this experiment not only improves students experimental ability,but also helps improve teachers’teaching ability,so that teaching and scientific research can promote each other.
