摘要
趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)/趋化因子配体12(CXCL12)轴与胃癌的发生发展密切相关。CXCR4/CXCL12轴及其相关信号通路包括酪氨酸激酶2/信号转导和转录激活因子3信号通路和磷脂酰肌醇3/激酶-蛋白激酶B/哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白信号通路及其信号分子——上皮间充质转化原癌基因、磷酸甘油酸激酶1、多巴胺和cAMP调节的磷蛋白32的表达参与胃癌进程,靶向抑制CXCR4/CXCL12轴的拮抗剂和药物参与对胃癌的调控。
A few studies have shown that the chemokine receptor-4/chemokine ligand-12(CXCR4/CXCL12)axis is closely related to the development of gastric cancer.The CXCR4/CXCL12 axis and its related signal pathways,including Janus protein tyrosine kinase 2/signal transduction and transcription activator 3 and phosphatidylinositol-3/kinase-protein kinase B/mammalian target of Rapamycin,and their related signal molecules,including epithelial-mechanism transition proto-oncogene,phosphoglyc⁃erate kinase 1,and dopamine and cAMP-regulated phosphoprotein,have effects on gastric cancer.Moreover,there are antagonists and some drugs that inhibit the involvement of the CXCR4/CXCL12 axis in regulating the development of gastric cancer.
