摘要
目的观察不同频率的电针对急性期卒中后偏瘫患者的肢体运动功能康复的促进作用。方法 118例急性卒中后偏瘫患者按随机数字表法分为低频组和高频组,低频组采取连续波频率20 Hz治疗,高频组采取连续波频率50 Hz治疗,对比两组治疗前、治疗第4周和第8周的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)、Barthel指数评分及肌力、临床效果情况。结果低频组治疗后第4周和第8周FMA、Barthel指数评分均显著高于高频组(P<0.05);低频组患者2、4、5级肌力提升效果明显优于高频组(P<0.05);低频组总有效率明显高于高频组(P<0.05)。结论低频电针治疗急性期卒中后偏瘫患者的效果更佳,能有效促进患者的肢体运动功能恢复,提高患者的肌功能和日常生活自理能力。
Objective To observe the effects of electroacupuncture of different frequencies in promoting the recovery of limb motor function in post-stroke hemiplegia patients in acute stage.Method A total of 118 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia in acute stage were divided into a low-frequency group and a high-frequency group using the random number table method.The low-frequency group was intervened by 20 Hz continuous wave and the high-frequency group was intervened by 50 Hz continuous wave.The Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score and Barthel Index(BI)score were compared between the two groups before treatment,and at treatment weeks 4 and 8.The muscle strength and clinical efficacy were also evaluated.Result The FMA and BI scores were significantly higher in the low-frequency group than in the high-frequency group at treatment weeks 4 and 8(P<0.05);patients with muscle strength grades 2,4 and 5 showed more significant improvement in the low-frequency group than in the high-frequency group(P<0.05);the total effective rate was significantly higher in the low-frequency group than in the high-frequency group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-frequency electroacupuncture can produce more significant efficacy in treating patients with post-stroke hemiplegia in acute stage;it can effectively promote the recovery and limb motor function and improve the muscle function and activities of daily living of the patients.
