摘要 离子束诱变是一种新型的物理诱变技术,不仅有理化诱变效果,而且有强烈的生物诱变效应。离子束能量集中性高、可控性好,可以针对性地进行遗传改良。目前该技术已用于动、植物定向诱变改良,并培育出大面积推广的作物新品种。下一步,离子束诱变技术将与新兴生物技术紧密结合,提高育种效率。 As a new type of physical mutation technology,ion beams not only produce physical and chemical mutations,but also produce strong biological mutation effects.The energy generated by ion beams has high concentration and good controllability.It can used for directed genetic improvement.At present,this technology has been used for directed mutation improvement on animals and plants.Some new varieties of crops have been bred and widely promoted.In the future,the ion beams mutation will be combined with emerging biotechnology closely to improve the breeding efficiency.
