摘要
钻井监督队伍职业素养上存在的一些问题,在某种程度上制约着大包制监督体制的发展。为提高监督人员素质,进而提高监督工作质量和效率,尝试建立一种新的监督培训管理模式。通过探寻与实践,形成了比较成熟的监督人员选聘、培训和考核机制。为了找出适合监督人员这一特殊群体的培训方式,试行以师带徒培训和清单式监督方式。为了方便监督人员的考核与任用,基于T型人才理论,建立监督人才库。培训、考核、任用、待遇有机结合的管理思路,给监督管理工作带来变化。实践中发现这种较为繁复的培训管理模式,也给监督管理部门增加了较大负担,期望在今后的实践中通过不断改进,使之能够健康发展。
Some professional quality problems existing in drilling supervision team restrict the development of large contract supervision system to some extent.In order to improve the quality of supervision personnel, and then improve the quality and efficiency of supervision work, a new management mode of supervision training is attempted. A relatively mature mechanism for selection, training and assessment of supervisors was through exploration and practice. In order to find out the training methods suitable for the special group of supervisors, we tried to use the methods of teacher training and list supervision. In order to facilitate the assessment and employment of supervisors, a supervision talent database is established based on the T-type talent theory.The management idea of organic combination of training, assessment, employment and salary has brought changes to the supervision and management work. In practice, it is found that this kind of more complex training management mode has also increased the burden on the supervision and management department. It is expected that in the future practice, through continuous improvement, this kind of training management mode can get healthy development.
