摘要
现有的轴承套圈跳动测量仪采用电动机驱动轴系并通过柔性万向节带动被测轴承旋转,轴系跳动会导致一定的测量误差。因此,依据GB/T 307.2—2005对轴承内、外圈跳动的测量要求,研发了气动式精密轴承套圈跳动测量仪。该仪器以气源作为驱动源,测量时断开气源使驱动源与被测轴承脱开,轴承由于惯性作用继续转动,此时采集数据能够更精确地反应轴承本身的跳动,此加载方式使得操作简单、便捷,测量效率和精度都得到了提高。
The existing measuring instrument for runout of bearing rings uses a motor to drive shaft system and rotates tested bearings through flexible universal joint,leading to certain measuring error with runout of shaft system.Therefore,according to requirements of GB/T 307.2—2005 for measuring runout of bearing rings,a pneumatic measuring instrument is developed for runout of precision bearing rings.The instrument uses air source as driving source,and the air source is disconnected during measurement to disengaging driving source and tested bearings.The bearings continue to rotate due to inertia effect;the collected data reflects runout of the bearings more accurately.The loading method makes operation simple and convenient,and the measuring efficiency and accuracy are improved.
