摘要
提出了一种高灵敏度磁桥式检测探头的设计方案。该探头由特殊结构的磁桥芯和感应线圈组成,具有更高的灵敏度和信噪比。通过仿真和实验确认了新型探头对微米级裂纹的检测效果,对设备进一步的磁屏蔽进行了优化。该新型探头可广泛用于检测轴承套圈等金属材料中的磨削微裂纹。
A high-sensitivity magnetic bridge type detecting probe was proposed,in which the probe consists of an induction coil core and a magnetic bridge structure specific composition.This design has higher sensitivity and signal to noise ratio.The effect of the new probe on the detection of micron crack was verified by simulation and experiment,and the further magnetic shielding was optimized.The new probes can be widely used for grinding bearing ring detect microcracks in the metal material.
