摘要
目的:观察阿伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法:2018年7月-2019年7月收治缺血性脑卒中患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。两组均给予常规治疗基础上,对照组给予阿司匹林;治疗组采用阿伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组神经功能评分、血脂及血流动力学指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑卒中,有利于改善血脂及血流动力学指标水平,促进神经功能恢复。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of avastatin combined with aspirin in the treatment of cerebral arterial thrombosis.Methods:From July 2018 to July 2019,90 patients with cerebral arterial thrombosis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment.The control group was given aspirin.The treatment group was treated with avastatin combined with aspirin.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of nerve function,the indicator levels of blood lipids and hemodynamics in the treatment group were better than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Avastatin combined with aspirin in the treatment of cerebral arterial thrombosis is beneficial to improve blood lipids and hemodynamics index levels and promote the recovery of nerve function.
