摘要
习近平立德树人思想深刻地回答了教育的根本目的和理论精髓,详实阐释了立德树人的重要意义和实施路径。高校教师受到多元价值文化和评价考核体系等因素的影响,制约着自身师德建构的主观能动性。依托习近平立德树人教育思想,坚持“教育者先受教育”“四个相统一”“率先垂范”原则,探析增强教师师德构建自觉性和主动性的有效路径。
Xi Jinping’s thoughts of cultivating talents with morality profoundly answered the fundamental purpose and theoretical essence of education.It interpreted in detail the significance and implementation path of the cultivating talents with morality.College teachers are influenced by multi value culture and evaluation system,which restrict their subjective initiative in the construction of teachers’morality.This paper relies on the Xi Jinping’s thoughts of cultivating talents with morality and adhere to the principle of“educators receive education first”,“four unity”and“take the lead in showing the norm”exploring the effective ways to strengthen teachers’morality and building up their self-consciousness and initiative.
