外周血涂片复检提高血常规检测准确性的价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 外周血细胞形态学检验在贫血、造血与淋巴组织肿瘤、出血性疾病等及其相关疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断中有着重要价值,并为监测疗效及预后判断等提供直接、客观的检验诊断依据[1],镜检发现中性粒细胞核象变化可为感染性疾病提供重要线索。此外,形态学镜检能够发现临床较常见的引起假性血小板减少的因素,如EDTA诱导的血小板聚集、大血小板等,避免临床对血小板减少性疾病的误诊。
