摘要
为提升学生整体素质、加强学生管理、培养具备高素养的优秀专业人才,结合高等教育改革最新进展,提出“辅导员+博士班主任”的新型育人体系。通过探索,该育人体系可以弥补辅导员和传统班主任制度的局限性,可以作为高校人才培养的新方法。
In order to improve the overall quality of students,strengthen the management of students,and cultivate excellent professional talents with high quality,this paper puts forward a new education system of"counselor+doctoral head teacher",and makes a preliminary exploration of this education mode,combined with the latest progress of higher education reform.Through the exploration,the education system of"counselor+doctoral head teacher"can make up for the limitations of counselor and traditional head teacher system,and can be used as a new method of talent training in colleges and universities.
