摘要
土地规划管理信息化体系建设,对提高土地规划管理水平、充分发挥土地资源价值有着非常重要的意义。尤其是在农业供给侧结构改革的新形势背景下,严格管理与科学编制土地规划工作成为了当前土地资源管制重要任务。通过建设土地规划管理信息化系统,提高土地规划管理的成效,对土地规划管理工作的转型升级起到积极作用。
The construction of land planning management information system is of great significance for improving the level of land planning management and giving full play to the value of land resources.Especially in the context of the new situation of agricultural supply-side structural reform,strict management and scientific compilation of land planning have become an important task of current land resource control.Improve the effectiveness of land planning and management by building an information system for land planning and management,and play a positive role in the transformation and upgrading of land planning and management.
