摘要
选择科学有效的位置是超市经营发展的先决条件,地理信息系统依靠其强大的空间分析和可视化功能使超市选址更具直观性和科学性。本文通过对商业选址影响因素的分析,采用GIS的空间分析功能实现其对多要素指标的综合分析,做出运用GIS选址的方案,实现GIS在超市选址分析中的系统设计。
Choosing a location in a scientific and effective way is a precondition for supermarket development. Geographic Information System ( GIS), relying on its versatile tools in spatial analysis and visualization, makes supermarket location selection more precise and more perceptible. This paper analyses the major factors in determining commercial locations firstly. Then it presents a GIS resolution to the location selection after applying GIS spatial analysis to all these requirements. This can serves as a system design example by GIS in location selection for a supermarket site.
