摘要 设计了一种永磁同步电机模糊积分滑模控制策略。通常情况下永磁同步电机控制器是通过PI控制设计的,其控制精度不高,响应速率较慢,抗干扰能力较差,使永磁同步电机控制不能达到较好的控制效果,提出一种积分滑模控制策略对控制器进行优化。积分滑模控制本身具有较强的抗干扰性,可以抑制控制系统的高频谐振分量,控制系统的抖振较小,可以有效提高控制系统稳态精度。文中设计一种线性饱和函数对滑模控制器进行优化,使得滑模控制的边界层厚度可根据状态变化进行调节,有效削弱系统抖振,增强系统抗干扰能力。将模糊控制策略引入到滑模控制器中,通过设计模糊控制规则实时调节滑模控制参数,提高滑模控制的快速性,使得滑模控制的动态性能有所提高。 We design a fuzzy integral sliding mode control strategy for permanent magnet synchronous motor.Under normal circumstances,the permanent magnet synchronous motor controller is designed by PI control,with high control precision,slow response rate,and poor anti-interference ability,so that the permanent magnet synchronous motor control cannot achieve better control effect.A integral sliding mode control strategy is proposed to optimize the controller.The integral sliding mode control itself has strong anti-interference ability and can suppress the high-frequency resonance component of the control system.The chattering of the control system is small,which can effectively improve the steady-state accuracy of the control system.We design a linear saturation function to optimize the sliding mode controller,so that the boundary layer thickness of the sliding mode control can be adjusted according to the state change,which effectively weakens the system chattering and enhances the anti-interference ability of the system.The fuzzy control strategy is introduced into the sliding mode controller.The fuzzy control rules are designed to adjust the sliding mode control parameters in real time,and the rapidity of the sliding mode control is improved,so that the dynamic performance of the sliding mode control is improved.
