摘要
针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)受到未知扰动影响电机正常运行的问题,提出一种基于非线性扰动估计器的变幂指数趋近率抗干扰滑模控制方法。通过采用滤波操作构造不变流形来设计非线性扰动估计器,对PMSM系统存在的未知动态进行估计;引入一种改进的变幂指数滑模趋近率以消除传统滑模控制的抖振问题,在此基础上将非线性扰动估计器嵌入到滑模控制器的设计中,消除未知动态对系统的影响。永磁同步电机实验平台验证结果表明,该控制方法具有更快的响应速度和更强的抗干扰能力,能够有效地改善PMSM系统的控制性能。
Aiming at the problem that the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)was affected by unknown disturbances,a variable power exponential reaching rate anti-interference sliding mode control method based on nonlinear disturbance estimator was proposed.A nonlinear disturbance estimator was designed by constructing a invariant manifold with filter operation to estimate the unknown dynamics of PMSM system;An improved sliding mode approach rate with variable power exponent was introduced to eliminate the chattering problem of traditional sliding mode control.On this basis,the nonlinear disturbance estimator was embedded in the design of sliding mode controller to eliminate the influence of unknown dynamics on the system.The results of PMSM platform verification algorithm showed that the control method had faster response speed and stronger anti-interference ability,and could effectively improve the control performance of PMSM system.
