摘要
为了提高井下照明信号综合保护装置的安全性和智能化水平,基于DSP提出了矿用隔爆型照明信号综合保护装置控制系统设计方案。在分析煤矿安全生产形式和矿用隔爆型照明综合保护装置工作原理基础上,基于DSP设计了控制系统整体结构,详细设计了电流采集单元和温度采集单元等,为煤矿电气设备智能化技术发展提供参考。
In order to improve the safety and intelligence level of underground lighting signal integrated protection device,the control system design scheme of mine flame-proof lighting signal integrated protection device was put forward based on DSP.Based on the analysis of the form of coal mine safety production and the working principle of mine explosion-proof lighting comprehensive protection device,the overall structure of the control system is designed based on DSP,and the current acquisition unit and temperature acquisition unit are designed in detail,so as to provide reference for the development of intelligent technology of coal mine electrical equipment.
