既有地铁车站换乘改造方案结构分析及三维数值模拟 被引量:5

摘要 随着轨道交通线网的不断加密,如何对没有预留换乘条件的既有车站进行换乘改造,已成地铁设计常见的关键现实问题。以广州某换乘站为例,对既有地铁车站换乘侧墙破除方案进行了结构计算,并考虑全施工过程对既有车站进行了三维数值分析,提出了科学完善的换乘改造方案及施工工序,并结合施工期既有车站结构变形的自动化监测结果验证方案的可靠性。研究结果表明,采取部分开挖顶板卸土,隔跨跳仓,分段破除墙体并及时架设支撑等措施,能够有效控制既有结构的内力与变形,保证既有车站的结构和运营安全,对类似工程设计与施工具有借鉴意义。 With the continuous encryption of the rail transit network,how to transform existing subway stations without reserved transfer conditions has become a common key reality problem in subway design.Taking a transfer station in Guangzhou as an example,the structural calculation of the transfer plan of the transfer side wall of the existing subway station was carried out,and the three-dimensional numerical analysis of the existing station was considered in consideration of the entire construction process.Combined with the automatic monitoring results of the structural deformation of existing stations during the construction period,the reliability of the scheme was verified.The results of the study show that measures such as partial excavation of the roof to unload soil,spanning of the skip warehouse,partial wall removal and timely erection of support can effectively control the internal force and deformation of the existing structure and ensure the structure and operation safety of the existing station.It has reference significance for the design and construction of similar projects.
