葡萄籽原花青素对猪背最长肌肌苷酸和肌内脂肪含量的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Grape Seed Proanthocyanidins on Inosinic Acid and Intramuscular Fat Content of Longissimus Dorsi in Pigs

摘要 为了解日粮中添加原花青素(GSPs)对生长猪背最长肌中肌苷酸(IMP)和肌内脂肪(IMF)含量的影响,选取48头体质量相近、日龄相同的三元杂交猪,随机分为4组,其中,对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕基础日粮,3个试验组分别添加100、150、200 mg/kg的GSPs,35 d后测定猪背最长肌中IMP、IMF含量和背最长肌、肝脏、心脏中相关基因的表达量。结果表明,基础日粮中添加GSPs能极显著提高猪背最长肌中IMP的含量、降低IMF的含量,且不同浓度的添加量对IMP和IMF含量影响差异显著;日粮中添加GSPs对猪背最长肌、肝脏和心脏中ADSL、AMDP1、DGAT1、LPL基因的表达量也有一定影响。原花青素添加量为150 mg/kg时,IMP含量最高,IMF含量适中。 To understand the effect of adding GSPs to the diet on the content of inosinic acid(IMP)and intramuscular fat(IMF)in the longissimus dorsi muscle of growing pigs,the study selected 48 pigs of the same body quality and age,randomly divided into 4 groups.Among them,the control group was fed with corn-soybean meal basic diet,the three experimental groups were added with 100,150,200 mg/kg GSPs,respectively.After 35 d,the contents of IMP and IMF in longissimus dorsi and the expression of related genes in longissimus dorsi,liver and heart were measured.The results showed that the addition of GSPs to the basal diet significantly increased the IMP content and decreased the IMF content in the longissimus dorsi,and the effect of different concentrations on the content of IMP and IMF was significant.The expression of ADSL,AMPD1,DGAT1 and LPL in the longissimus dorsi,liver and heart was also affected by adding GSPs.As a conclusion,when the GSPs dosage was 150 mg/kg,IMP content was the highest and IMF content was moderate.
