摘要
为研究饲料中添加不同水平的复合微生物制剂对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及免疫器官指数的影响,试验选择健康的、体重相近的21日龄白羽肉鸡360只随机分成4组,每组5个重复。1组为空白对照组,饲喂基础日粮,试验2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加1.0%、1.5%、2.0%的复合微生物制剂。结果表明:与1组对比,试验3、4组的平均日增重分别提高10.66%、7.58%(P <0.05),料肉比分别降低19.93%、15.94%(P <0.05);胸肌率分别提高15.17%、14.79%(P <0.05),腿肌率分别提高17.35%、14.17%(P <0.05);胸腺指数分别提高10.90%、8.01%(P <0.05),法氏囊指数分别提高11.64%、9.52%(P <0.05)。综上,在肉鸡饲料中添加复合微生物制剂,可以提高白羽肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及免疫器官指数,以1.5%添加为适宜。
I n order to study the effect of different levels of compound microbial agents on broiler growth performance,slaughter performance and immune organ index.360 healthy 21 day old white feather broilers with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups,5 replicates in each group.Experiment 1 was a blank control group which was fed with basic diet. In the experiment groups 2,3 and4,1.0%,1.5% and 2.0% compound microbial agents were added to the basic diet respectively. The results showed that compared with group 1,the average daily gain of groups 3 and 4 was increased by 10.66% and7.58%(P < 0.05) respectively. The feed conversion ratio of groups 3 and 4 was reduced by 19.93% and15.94%(P < 0.05) respectively;The breast muscle ratio of groups 3 and 4 was increased by 15.17% and14.79%(P < 0.05) respectively. The leg muscle ratio was increased by 17.35% and 14.17%(P < 0.05)respectively;The index of thymus and the index of fabricius of groups 3 and 4 were increased by 10.90%,8.01%(P < 0.05),and 11.64%,9.52%(P < 0.05) respectively. In conclusion,the growth performance,slaughter performance and immune organ index of white feather broiler could be improved by adding different levels of compound microbial agents,and adding 1.5% was suitable.
