摘要
目的:通过测定4种不同炮制工艺的附子及其煎煮液的主要生物碱的含量,以及4种炮制品的低、中、高三种浓度对阳虚小鼠免疫功能的影响,探讨附子4种不同炮制品的质量差异。方法:以6种主要生物碱含量为指标,通过HPLC法测定附子4种炮制品及其煎煮液的生物碱含量;考察4种炮制品煎煮液的不同浓度对阳虚小鼠免疫器官胸腺、脾脏脏器指数的影响。结果:附子4种炮制品高浓度组均能提高阳虚小鼠的体质量及增加脾脏、胸腺指数,与模型组相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);同时高压炮制品组生物碱含量最高,小鼠的胸腺与脾脏指数最大。结论:附子高压炮制品煎煮液与传统黑顺片煎煮液相比,主要生物碱含量稍高,同时对免疫功能的提高作用稍强。
Objective:To determine the content of main alkaloids of aconite and its decoction of 4different processed products,and the effects of low,medium and high concentrations of 4products on immunological function of Yang deficiency mice,to explore the quality differences of 4processed aconite products.Methods:The 4processed products and its decoction of the contents of six main alkaloids were determined by HPLC method.To investigate the effects of different concentrations of 4processed aconite products decoction on thymus and spleen indexes of immune organs in mice with Yang deficiency.Results:The 4processed aconite products with high concentrations could increase the body weight and spleen and thymus index of Yang deficiency mice,compared with model group was significantly different(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the content of alkaloids and the thymus and spleen indexes the high-pressure processed products group was the highest.Conclusion:Compared with traditional heishunpian,the content of main alkaloids and improving immunological function the high pressure processed products were better.
