摘要
目的了解乌鲁木齐市基层工作人员健康素养水平与职业紧张水平及二者间关系。方法2019年3-5月采用整群抽样,对乌鲁木齐市某区5个单位工作人员共179人进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果乌鲁木齐市工作人员健康素养水平为11.2%。健康素养3个维度水平从高到低依次为基本技能45人(25.1%)、健康行为生活方式44人(24.6%)、基本知识理念2人(1.1%);健康素养6类健康问题的水平最高为安全与急救知识102人(57%)、最低为健康信息素养1人(0.6%)。不同性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况的职业紧张评分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);工作紧张、工作压力及组织支持缺乏指数均与健康素养得分呈负相关关系(r=-0.195、-0.159、-0.234,均P<0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐市某区基层工作人员健康素养水平有待提高,职业紧张水平较高,两者呈负相关关系,即职业紧张程度越高,健康素养水平越低。
Objective To understand the levels of health literacy and occupational tension of grassroots staff in a district of Urumqi City,explore the relationship between them.Methods From March to May 2019,a total of 179 workers from five units in a district of Urumqi were investigated by cluster sampling,and the data were analyzed.Results The health literacy level of grassroots staff in Urumqi City was 11.2%.The three dimensions of health literacy from high to low were as follows:45 people had basic skills(25.1%),44 people had healthy lifestyle and behaviors(24.6%),and 2 people had basic knowledge and concepts(1.1%).For six types of health problems in health literacy,the level of safety and first aid knowledge was the highest(102 people,57%),while the level of health information literacy was the lowest(1 people,0.6%).There were statistically significant di fferences in occupational stress score among different groups in gender,age,education level and marital status(all P>0.05).Job stress index,work pressure index and lack of organizational support index were negatively correlated with health literacy score(r=-0.195,-0.159,-0.234,all P<0.05).Conclusion The health literacy of grassroots staff in a district of Urumqi City needs to be improved,the level of occupational stress is high,and there is a negative correlation between them,that is,the higher the occupational stress,the lower the level of health literacy.
