摘要
目的:探究青年女性乳腺癌患者临床病理特点及分型。方法:选择某院收治的58例乳腺癌患者,根据年龄的不同(以35岁为界),分为青年组和中老年组,观察两组患者临床病理特点及分子分型。结果:两组患者的临床分期、病理分级、肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移或复发情况相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);青年组三阴性乳腺癌、HER-2过表达型占比高于中老年组(P<0.05),其Luminal A、Luminal B型占比低于于中老年组(P<0.05)。结论:青年女性乳腺癌患者的肿瘤侵袭性更强,淋巴结转移及复发风险高,病理表现及分型复杂,临床应以早筛查、早治疗为主。
Objective:To explore the clinicopathological characteristics and classification of young female breast cancer patients. Methods:58 patients with breast cancer treated in a hospital were selected and divided into young and middle-aged groups according to their age(with the age of 35). The clinical and pathological characteristics and molecular typing of the two groups were observed. Results:The clinical stage, pathological grade, tumor diameter, lymph node metastasis or recurrence of the two groups of patients were statistically significant(P<0.05). The proportion of triple-negative breast cancer and HER-2 overexpression in the young group was higher than that in the middle-aged and elderly group(P<0.05), and the proportion of Luminal A and Luminal B was lower than that in the middle-aged and elderly group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Younger women with breast cancer have more aggressive tumors, high risk of lymph node metastasis and recurrence, and complicated pathological manifestations and classification. Early screening and early treatment should be the main clinical practice.
