摘要
目的:探究玉屏风颗粒联合洗眼法治疗儿童过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1-6月于我院确诊并接受治疗的过敏性结膜炎患儿300例,并按随机数字表法分为对照组1、对照组2、治疗组。三组均局部运用2%色甘酸钠滴眼液点眼,对照组1在此基础上使用玉屏风颗粒内服,对照组2在此基础上使用洗眼法,治疗组则是在此基础上使用玉屏风颗粒内服联合洗眼法。对比三组治疗效果,观察三组眼痒、结膜充血症状评分改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组1、对照组2(P<0.05);停药1周后复发率明显低于对照组1、对照组2,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组眼痒评分、结膜充血评分低于对照组1,对照组1眼痒评分、结膜充血评分低于对照组2(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组中医症状和体征评分低于对照组1、对照组2(P<0.05)。治疗组临床症状、体征改善时间明显快于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玉屏风颗粒联合洗眼法治疗儿童过敏性结膜炎,能明显改善患儿临床症状,提升治疗效果。
Objective:To study application value of the Yupingfeng granule(玉屏风颗粒)plus eye washing on allergic conjunctivitis in children.Methods:300 patients with allergic conjunctivitis in children diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected.The patients were divided into the control group 1,the control group 2 and the treatment group according to random number table method.Three groups were treated with 2%sodium chromate eye drops locally.The control group 1 was treated with Yupingfeng granule orally.The control group 2 was treated by eye washing.The treatment group was treated with the Yupingfeng granule plus eye washing.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group 1 and 2(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in one week after withdrawal was significantly lower than that in the control group 1 and 2(P<0.05).After treatment,the itch score and conjunctival congestion score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group 1,while the itch score and conjunctival congestion score in the control group 1 were lower than those in the control group 2(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms and signs in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group 1 and 2(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms and signs in the treatment group was significantly faster than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yupingfeng granule plus eye washing on allergic conjunctivitis in children was effective,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms.
