摘要
目的比较玉屏风散加味与单纯西药治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法选取2010年1月至2012年1月在福田区妇幼保健院就诊的变应性鼻炎患者106例,并按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各53例,对照组选择单纯西药治疗,观察组选择玉屏风散加味治疗,1个月后观察两组的疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者各项症状及鼻甲体积相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的症状、鼻甲体积与治疗前相比均明显改善,观察组总有效率为98.11%,对照组为81.13%,观察组疗效显著优于对照组(χ2=8.22,P<0.05)。结论采用玉屏风散加味治疗变应性鼻炎,标本兼治,疗效显著优于单用西药,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of Yupingfeng powder and western medicine in treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 106 cases of allergic rhinitis patients from Futian Women and Children Health Care Hospital during Jan.2010 and Jan.2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated by western medicine and the observation group was treated by Yupingfeng powder,and the curative effect of the two groups was observed.Results Before treatment,the symptoms and inferior turbinate volume contrast of the two groups had no significant difference（P 0.05）.After treatment,both of the two groups had significant differences than before.The total effective rates of control group and observation group were 81.13% and 98.11%,and there was significant difference between the two groups（χ2 = 8.22,P 0.05）.Conclusion Yupingfeng powder in treatment of allergic rhinitis is fine,and the curative effect is obviously better than simple western medicine,which is worthy of reference in clinical.
