摘要
为了全面了解国内档案学界有关档案"人"研究的现状,为后续研究提供参考与借鉴。基于文献分析的方式,分别从档案用户、档案工作者和档案学者三大主体着手,对近二十年来档案学界关于"人"的代表性研究成果进行了梳理,总结已有研究的特点与不足,并提出后续研究展望。有关档案"人"的研究存在对三大主体的关注度失衡,经验研究不足,将"人"的研究与大数据联系起来的意识薄弱等方面的问题。后续研究应注重将档案领域的"人"与大数据结合起来研究,加强经验研究,注重使用规范的研究方法。
In order to fully understand the current situation of archival "people" research in domestic archival academia and provide reference for follow-up research. Based on the method of literature analysis, this paper combs the representative research results of "human" in archival academia in the past 20 years from the three main bodies of archival users, archivists and archival scholar, summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of existing research, and puts forward the prospect of future research. There are some deficiencies in the research of archives "human" such as the unbalanced attention to the three main subjects, the lack of empirical research, and the weak awareness of linking the research of "human" with big data. Follow-up research should focus on the combination of "people" in the field of archives and big data, strengthen empirical research, and pay attention to the use of standardized research methods.
